Dear Customer, we are glad you are pleased with the product quality of your personalised stationery. In terms of delivery timescales, we advertise where you ordered on our website to allow 14 days for delivery for these particular personalised items - this is because they are bespoke, hand-printed to order. Your order actually arrived with you quicker than that, in 10 days. For most items our delivery timescales are considerably faster but with personalised items we advise on our website to allow longer. We apologise however that you were disappointed and we continue to work with our supplier artists and craftsmen & women to speed up delivery timescales for personalised items.
