“I purchased two toys for my grandson, whom is 18 months old. I am impressed with the quality of Peyer Rabbit Jack in the box popup toy and cat puzzle 1-10 numbered toy. “Parcelforce pretended they’d tried to deliver, but said no one was in and had left a card with further instructions. A) Someone was in; B) there was no card. In short, we do not believe them. Can’t comment on your product yet as it is a present still to be opened. Thank you, however. Parcelforce’s defects are not yours”
