Had the 12wk program over 2 years, keep repeating it and it’s done wonders for my riding and overall health. Even my 15yr old lower back injury is much better. Couldn’t recommend enough, now time to buy the advanced program. 💪🏼✌🏽

I have purchased all 3 mtb fitness programmes the 12 and 16 week exercise and the stupidly simple nutrition guide. im not following them to the T. I tend to dip in and out of them but using the exercise programmes and stretches adjusted to suit myself has made a vast difference to my fitness im 63 and suffer with mild fibromyalga. I also work 12 hour shifts. so at times i struggle with time and energy. I know im never going to be a world champion ill leave that to the kid's. But Matts programmes are keeping me fit so i can carry on enjoying riding my mountain bike for many more year's cheers Matt

Excellent training plan, straight forward and easy to follow. Nice group to be a part of with plenty of advice from wherever you’re located. The emails from Matt are always full of positive and varied advice. Looking forward to staying part of it and seeing where the future takes MTB fitness, thanks Matt Mooney 👍

Excellent products provided easily - yhe training guides area well written and easy to follow. Great after support from Matt when you raise a query. The clothing range is good quality and sizes are accurate. The limited edition riding jerseys are awesome.

MTB Fitness is a great collection of content from Matt and all members alike. Matt is extremely generous in everything he does, be it the emails, the regular posts or the podcasts. The topics of discussion are on point and are all very relevant. I would recommend MTB Fitness to anyone involved in mountain biking now matter what level you are at as you will no doubt pick up something very useful. Thanks again Matt for everything you give and thanks to all the members for the continual updates and discussion threads.

I follow MTB fitness on insta and Facebook, Matt's posts are spot on, very informative and inspirational - each new post I read just makes me want to get out on the bike. Last week I bought the 12 week training programme and stupidly simple nutritional guide - I'm only a week in but hooked already! Following the training plan and eating better already. Looking forward to the next 11 weeks and on into the future. Great work Matt - cheers!

Got the product as was searching for some strength and fitness for enduro riding / racing. The training is easy to follow and provides a great training schedule with flexibility. Found huge gains within 6 weeks of the 12 week programme. Highly recommend!

MTB Fitness has given me something more than just a great fitness routine, it’s given me motivation! I’m only just starting this program however as unhealthy man in his mid-forties with a rekindled passion for mountain biking I found myself devastated when the realisation hit that I couldn’t climb hills like I did in my 20’s, yet only a couple of weeks into the program I can already see a big difference and the motivation this has given me is more than I ever had before, Thankyou MTB Fitness
