Great program. I have been riding for a long time but had never actually trained to ride. This program showed me very simply how to make big gains in my riding.

Got me back into weights, improved my strength and realised that intervals are a great way to get fit fast! Used to think 25km was a big ride but completed the Whaka 100 in Rotorua, NZ last year - 100 km single track in 8 hours and 45 mins would never have done this without 12 week programme and Facebook posts etc.

Matt's emails are full of really positive and encouraging tips. I bought the 12 week training program which I feel helped me to be much stronger on the bike. I felt much more in control of the bike and could attempt more technical features. I like the positive vibe of the facebook group where people from all over the world just share a love of riding. I tell everyone I ride with to check out MTB fitness.

Never bought a product but I do subscribe and follow your insta. Your short educational snippets of wisdom, even when you tell us to get a grip like point 5 on mistakes email, are pure gold that have massively taught me to up my game in a number of areas; confidence, corners and eating on the trail. Thanks for making me a better rider and a faster fitter ride buddy to my mates.

After making a return to mountain biking a couple of years ago, I was looking for online resources and came across MTB fitness, and I have never looked back. Matt is real ambassador for the sport and his positivity and inspirational posts are contagious. His advice and tips circulated through his daily emails are highly valued and very motivational. He has built a quality brand in MTB fitness, sharing his own knowledge and that of others with the MTB community. Great products at a very fair price run by a great guy. Keep up the great work Matt. 👍

I love the Facebook page for its inclusivity and positive vibe throughout. The blog emails are motivating and helpful. I bought the 50+booklet and my only complaint is that it’s not published. I think it would sell well at our shop if it was in published form and not a pdf.

As a 60 year old Mountain Biker, I have to stop in 1997. I never forget how good it's, and now during last year I ride 3 0r 4 days a week. I have recently purchased the "50 Tips for Mountain Bikers over 50". Thank you Matt, also the inspiring daily emails.
