MTB Fitness has changed my life for the better! I’ve bought the Nutrition guide and the 12 week program. This year, I’ve learned how to eat a healthy diet and I’ve trained hard! I’ve lost 28lbs and smashed my PBs! If you want to get better and if you’re prepared to work hard, this is the program for you!

I can't begin to tell you how life-changing MTB Fitness has been. The fitness programs are top-notch and the amount of work that Matt has put into the plan and all of the supporting resources is nothing short of amazing. In addition to the great product and instructional videos Matt has produced - there is also an invaluable Facebook community to help supplement the MTB Fitness strength and diet plans!

Really look forward to the posts and emails. The hints and tips are beneficial and some good information. MTB speak from their own experience instead of pulling information or links from other sources.

I am in my early 50s and just took up mtb as a hobbie and means of exercise. Mtb Fitness has helped me on improving my mtb knowledge and creating a positive experience. Looking forward to the next mtb adventure with the help of MTB Fitness.

I am the co founder of Sparta MTB this is a veterans mtb group that ethos is to ride together, to talk, to feel the same comradeship that many lost when the left the services. The support that mtb fitness gives us is a life blood in assisting servicemen in getting back that they believe they have lost if we stop one guy taking his own life then we’re winning

I like taking a break in my day and read Matt´s MTB insights. Experience based, practical and very human writing which make really enjoyable texts for your everyday cycling and performance, no matter your level. Kind of cool of being steadily reminded of keys on improving my riding.

Love the programme and Matt's enthusiasm. It's pretty intense and due to inevitable mtb injury I'm just restarting it! Can't complain at the price. Equivalent to a month's gym membership and love its mtb targeted rather than the usual get fitter and tone up stuff. I've since purchased the guide to over 50s!

MTB fitness has a fresh and informative approach to mountain bike riding. It's certainly made do more leg excerises/stretching in the gym.

I initially purchased the 12 week program and saw immediate results in my riding and fitness. When it was time to start training for a big event earlier this year I knew the 16 week program was only going to have an even bigger impact. Unfortunately that event was ultimately cancelled due to Covid, but the results I gained from the 16 week program allowed me to break nearly every local PR and earn me a few KOM’s! I will be incorporating both of the programs into my training for 2021, thanks Matt!

I highly recommend mtb fitness and looking at the products matt offers! Mtb fitness has motivated me to ride more and I have learnt so much by following the page and going on social rides with the group✌️

The MTB fitness programme transformed my riding. I was faster up hills, could ride for longer holding a higher average speed and with increased core strength more confident all round-wound recommend to anyone and everyone.
