Fantastic program, easy to follow and really helpful links to video clips for each exercise. Following it really helped me get fitter and get out exploring more of my area. Totally recommend it 👌

Passionate, positive, motivating, enthusiastic & real. Always keen to share the benefits of his experience & always realistic. Small steps on a journey of your own riding development for all ages. If you have not read the Over 50's ebook & you are in or approaching the golden age then I highly recommend you pay the small price for some great knowledge. Keep up the fantastic work, you are awesome!

MTB Fitness is a great program. I purchased the 12 week program and the Advanced program. I have used it faithfully. Matt has videos of the exercises to make sure that you are on the right track with modifications and advanced movements. It is truly a program to fit everyone. I got the program in preparation for the Carson Epic 50 mile mountain bike race which sadly was cancelled. I raced the course unsupported and shaved 1 hour and 47 minutes off of my time from last year! Huge!! That is thanks to Matt and his program! Best decision I made was to purchase MTB Fitness! I love mountain biking even more now that my biking fitness has improved exponentially. Thank you Matt!!

MTB Fitness is a great resource for all mountain bikers. Very informative and the daily emails cover a wide range of topics and are great for motivation. Matt employs a wide range of communication methods to stay in touch. Ive purchased the 12 week programme and the nutrition guide and both have been excellent and helped not just my riding but me as a person immensely.

Matt has taken a lot of time to create a great program and offers practical advice to everyone and involved in the community pages. He always answers your emails and it honestly the most genuine PT, I love reading his emails, social media stories.

This program is very well organized and easy to follow. Exercises explained in details with options. I love the daily emails I get from Matt that keeps me motivated and makes me go Hmmmmm I got to try that. Great ideas to follow to be a better cyclist.
