“The delivery guys were brilliant and even though they had to take the sofa apart to get it into place it only took 20 minutes and it was all sorted. Really happy with the sofa, the quality is brilliant and it is very comfortable. The sleeping area is a good size and it was already used for movie night to make it cozy for the family. Highly recommend.”

“I Will never recommend this company. Last time I purchase with them. They told me 4 weeks to wait I waited 9 weeks nearly 10 weeks Let s not ever talk about the delivery... Other companies offer you help to fix legs and carry them to your apartment They let me carry the sofa on my own and told me last minute I needed to drill the legs which I don't have the machine to do it. Results the sofa still is not usable to sit on without the legs. Is on the wall of my leaving room waiting for the drill to arrive. Really bad communication with the customer. For the price I paid, this is the minimum of service you can assist with the sofa. This company is s... I am really upset with them.”

“Bought the Hero Sofa and my husband, I and the dog love it. It's comfy and perfect. Also biggest thanks for the delivery guys, they were absolutely fantastic. Our flat is not the easiest to get a sofa up, but they done it without leaving a mark. Only thing I would like to recommend is get dimensions of the 3 parts in which the sofa is delivered, as this would make it easier for measurements taken ;)”

“I thought the purchase online and finanace app went very smooth. The communication up to the delivery date was great. Sofa was damaged at the front, but they did let me know and said they will replace the panel. That evening I obviously tried it out and felt it was really uncomfortable, then I spotted further damage behind the cusion. The material looked pulled, so had to return it. The said they will charge a collection fee but I contested it as why should I pay for damaged furniture? Im not sure whether I would recommend their products, however I can't fault the service given.”
