“Very happy with sofa, delivery drivers were great. However very unhappy with the customer service. There was an initial mistake with my order, which was fine - these things happen. However from that point onwards I was repeatedly mislead time and time again about how long it would take to rectify. Every time I was given an update about when to expect contact, it turned out not to be true. I was left paying for a sofa for months when I had not received it. If I had known how long it would take, I would have cancelled, or accepted it, but at least I would not have spent months wondering when it would arrive.”

“Very good quality sofa bed, comfortably and as per order. Waited only 4 weeks and delivery guys were very polite and helpful, they assembled everything,checked and took all the rubbish away”
