“Sofa is comfortable but the order process is unclear when ordering is doesn't show what fabric you are ordering even thou the description says it's leather which is untrue you have to pick your own fabric which doesn't have a box for fabric you have to scroll all through the colours to find the fabric which you want”

“Love this sofa! Took slightly longer than expected to arrive but it's worth the wait. I was slightly worried about buying a sofa I'd never seen in the flesh (or sat on) but it was too good a deal to pass up. It is stunning! Huge, soft to touch, comfy (slightly firm) and very good looking. The whole family can spread out on it, and I don't have to worry about spills or cat stratching. Would definitely recommend the company. Communication was OK but they were responsive when I asked stuff. Just don't forget to tell them about any delivery address changes, I forgot!”

“We bought a sofa and when it was not comfortable, we were told we needed to pay approx £149 to return it. Apparently it was in the small print that they take 15% of the price of the sofa. We had already paid £88 for delivery. So all in all we had paid £237 and we had no sofa! We ended up keeping the sofa, as my son could not afford to lose £237. Appalling company, I did not mind paying another £88 for delivery but why are they making a profit from people when they are returning items, how can you know how a sofa is going to feel until you sit on it. Wayfair are much fairer they just charge the carrier! READ THE SMALL PRINT!”
