“I have not had a very good experience using MSofas. I paid in full and waited 7 weeks for my sofa to arrive broken. They stated the part needed to repair it was out of stock and would need to be ordered by them then posted to me. I was originally expected to carry out the repairs myself, but after expressing disappointment in this they said they would send the part out then arrange someone qualified to carry out the repair. The part has not arrived weeks later and I have had no further correspondence from MSofas. I have been left with a broken sofa and nowhere to sit. Not the service people deserve.”

“The sofa looks beautiful and is comfy. It was ordered and within weeks it was here, kept up to date with delivery and time which was fantastic.Patrick and Adam who delivered it were respectful, friendly, and funny such lovely service.”

“We have struggled to find a comfortable counter sofa bed. M Sofas had it!!! And heaps of fabrics to choose from. It was delivered as specified, and when it arrived it was unpacked and assembled within minutes. Packaging removed. Very satisfied with purchase.”

“This corner sofabed is amazing and so well made the material is thick and very soft to touch it was well worth the wait I also love the big storage space and the bed is so easy to pull out as this sofabed was on the large size I gave the store my door measurements and they emailed me back to say that it could be dismantled for a small fee so I ordered it and the the 2 delivery men where absolutely brilliant they dismantled the large sofa got it in my room put it together again perfect so I can only recommend M Sofas for a brilliant service thank you very much so glad I ordered it from you”

“Great delivery service and loved the range of sofas. However we had a quality problem due to mismatched fabrics so we have a sofa of 2 different shades. Hopefully this will be resolved and we can enjoy our new sofa.”

“Went to see the sofas in the shop , we ordered it online that Saturday evening (went home to ensure measurements were correct) and it arrived on the following Friday, so really speedy delivery. The guys who delivered it were lovely, too. We love the sofa quality and colour and it fits perfectly. Very happy customer :)”
