“I received the sofa with bugs on it, when I contacted MSofa they rejected the claim and did not resolve it.”

We would like to clarify that all our sofas are brand new and go through a rigorous quality control process before being dispatched. Bed bugs are commonly associated with unclean conditions and are often found in used furniture or bedding. However, it's important to understand that brand new furniture, such as those sold at Msofas, is highly unlikely to be infested with bed bugs for a few key reasons. Firstly, bed bugs are not part of the manufacturing process. Our furniture is made in clean, controlled environments where pests like bed bugs have no access. Secondly, all our furniture undergoes rigorous quality control measures, including comprehensive inspections and cleaning procedures, before they're dispatched to our customers. This ensures that our products are free from any kind of pests or infestations. Lastly, our brand new furniture is packaged securely to prevent any external contaminations during transit. The packaging materials and methods we use make it extremely difficult for bed bugs to infiltrate and infest our furniture. Therefore, the odds of our brand new furniture being infested with bed bugs are highly unlikely. However, we understand your concern and frustration. “Bought three sofas so far. Good quality products: simple and robust. Reasonable price. Delivery is often delayed by several weeks. However, on the day, you can track the drivers which makes planning easier.”

“Got My sofa very fast, about 3 days. The quality of the material is not bad, but the sofa cushions are very firm. When you sit on it it reminds me of train seats. I am returning it and the company charges me 15% of the price for that despite the fact they are an online shop and have only one showroom and you can see the product until it arrives and you pay for it.”

“Ordered a L shaped sofa, took on a great offer and it was delivered on time, the guys that turned up that day was very helpful, they moved the sofa the best they could without damaging it, unwrapped it in the living room and assembled it for me. Absolutely loving the sofa right now and fully content with the service provided, highly recommended for others.”

“Bought this corner sofa bed for £1140. Had a few marks but because my delivery was to my door step they basically blamed me and won't sort out the issue. Poor service wouldn't recommend this company better to pay that little extra and use established companies.”

“bought a cupboard which looks nice but in the description did not say you need to hang it on the wall, if a person is not allowed to make any holes on the wall it makes very difficult when you get this surprise after the delivery and you read the instructions”

“Delivery was incomplete as promised and we have no idea when it will be. There are back cushions missing from the sofa and according to the tracker reference they are somewhere in Europe. The base unit was delivered on time and to a good standard As of today 27/12/2023 the delivery is incomplete.”

“The professionals came and destroyed my walls. The customer services just said: we regret to inform you that, at this time, we are unable to offer compensation for the wall scratches The damages on my walls are for approximately £500 - multiple walls in my corridor are scratched. This is not the kind of company that cares about anything damaged by their "professionals". Even more they tried accusing us and justifying their actions by making up a story about verbal abuse. Just because my wife was emotional and asked them how it is possible to damage our property and act in such an impudent way. The drivers didn't even say a single sorry! It was clear why - because this is the official policy. Beware property owners!”
