“Very poor sadly, I asked them to do something, I gave them the opportunity and therefore I have to be honest, as response was terrible and certainly not customer focused. Sofa is full of wrinkles, love the shape and size but quality very poor, I have had several sofas and never one that looks like this.”

“Absolutely great! I needed to rearrange delivery because they were so quick to deliver and I hadn’t moved into my new home yet. They were great when I called to recommence delivery. Sofa is great quality. My husband and I are very pleased with our purchase.”
