“We are very happy with the sofa. Ordered material sample before we ordered the sofa . Sofa arrived with the little damaged on the bottom but Msofa will replace the part . I can recommend to everyone. Very good quality , perfect colour and comfortable.”

“I love my new black sofa! Best choice as I wanted to have something easy to clean because of my doggie. Delivery and assembly quick and on point. The cushions were a bit hard at the beginning than got softer with the use.”

“Unfortunately this is what happened after ONE week. 2 stars for staff in showroom, we chose Sofa in showroom the price was agreed unfortunately after two hours driving we received massage. Price was incorrect and orginal price was £400 more :( Finally we picked different one, but then again I don't know if I was unlucky or the quality of the producer it's so low. Now it will be Up to 4 weeks waiting for replacing and 2-5 dys for delivery, so I guess in the worse scenario it will be up to 5 weeks waiting. I gave 5 stars for the guys from delivery 2 STARS for me BIG disappointment I believed polish furniture it is one of the best in Europe at the moment like I said it is BIG disappointment😞”

“Sofa only looks not bad but to seat on it not comfortable becouse its very hard also where is back rest ach side has very sharp adges few time was to painfull leanon and you can feel frame feel like on wooden pallets shut be more soft not recomend to buy. "Arrata corner sofa"”

“Not very happy with the process leading up to my sofa delivery. No contact from msofas at all, until I contacted them one month after my original order. However, im very pleased with the sofa unit. Very well made. Extremely sturdy but comfortable. Exactly what I had hoped for. Delivery guys were excellent....very helpful.”

“The storage space at the sofa is slightly broken. Which is disappointing for a new sofa. I’m not at the property right now as I haven’t moved in the new flat yet, but I’m happy to share pictures as soon as I’m there again.”

“Amazing product and service, I recommend 100%. I was googling when I found the shop, and they were selling a ex-display sofa with 78% of discount. I called them right away, and they said it was in a really good condition, and I decided to buy it. 7 days later, they delivered it, and the sofa is absolutely incredible and it really is in a good condition! Thank you 🙏🏻”

“Delivery takes to long for example if tell you delivery 3-8 weeks definitely 8 weeks ,when I send email personal very rude table come broke now all ready 2 weeks still nothing done I just recall money from my bank I don’t recommend this company”

“Absolutely amazing customer service, delivery and quality of the sofa. I have purchased Corner Sofa bed Milano II. Could have not been more pleased with the product. Highly recommend. The delivery guys were absolutely Superb!”
