“Had a few looks at this website but it's quite difficult to asses whether you'd like a sofa just by a picture. I came back to it because I wanted a pull out bed and specific dimensions which this company seemed to offer. Ordering was fairly painless but I did find it difficult assessing the colours in small jpegs so had to order some samples which came fairly quickly. Ordered sofa, used the finance option which was fairly painless. And then it went quiet for a bit. No real way of checking on status until you get an email out of the blue to select delivery date. Two chaps turned up within the alloted time frame (albeit, they work late) and the sofa was in place and rubbish all gone in around 30 mins. They were polite and courteous, taking shoes off as needed. Moment of truth, sat on sofa and yeah, it was fine. A little stiff but it had a pull out bed, and built in storage for duvets and pillows. Perfect. Well, if it had cup holders for the kids but that wasn't an option. All in all, a great experience.”

“Avoid this company, do not buy anything from this company!!!! If you don't want to lose money, time from your life and most importantly your health. Msofas sells dirty, cracked sofas and a sofas with color defects. They do not respect the terms and conditions on their site, they are very bad customer service who lie and do not respect the rights of customers, Msofas refused to check the sofa and also refused to contact the manager or director. They didn't want to come for a defective sofa and made it even more difficult to get a full refund.”

“Very disappointed with the company dealings. I ordered a Fabio corner sofa bed through fast delivery. It was delivered on time but had damages which I showed to driver. He refused to take it away, saying that I should call company next day. I had paid in full and the company deducted 15% even though the product was damaged. The 15% was told beforehand to be the deduction, if I changed my mind - not after company delivering a faulty item after online sale! I have found the customer services very high handed in their approach with little empathy or understanding of customer's perspective. I ordered replacement sofa which arrived after 2 months. It is not made to order specifications. The shade of fabric is light blue instead of grey shade that was specified. Driver presented me with an invoice of twice the amount that was due to pay. This time driver wanted to take the sofa away when I refused to pay. No one from the company in UK was contactable even though the website flashed proudly that we are open till 9 pm. I have asked for the swap with correct shade of the order at the same time and no further deductions of 15% in the name of company policy! Hard to trust online companies.”
