“Sofa was delivered about 6 weeks after ordering by 2 super helpful guys (David and Arter). Once I’d accepted my delivery slot, tracking was good and they came when expected! Unpacked the sofa in no time at all and they took all the packaging with them which was amazing. LOVE the sofa! We ordered a footstool too so it’s a real cushty set up. So happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend!”

“On the photo shows bed with the bedside table and I was expecting that, I was received only the bed and nowhere on the prescription doesn't say that the bed is not coming with bedside tables, now i have to pay extra £450 for bedside tables”

“MSofas have a great selection of sofas and fabrics. We visited the showroom to have a better idea what to expect and the staff there was absolutely lovely and very helpful. The online support staff have also been more than helpful. Our sofa arrived within the promised timeline. We got a message with a delivery slot well ahead of time and the driver contacted us 40min before arrival to make sure we were available. Patrick and Bulik did a great job, they brought the sofa in and assembled it fairly quickly. They also took away the packaging. The sofa itself is what I had imagined. The materials is super soft and the sofa comfortable. I can't comment on the quality yet as we just received it today. So far everything functions as it should. Very happy with my purchase and the service provided.”

“The gentlemen that delivered the sofa were great and really quick but the sofa itself is really firm and in some places you can feel the wooden bits underneath. The bed that comes up is extremely firm. Dimensions and colour is great.”
