“The time frame between ordering and delivery took exactly 3 weeks which is very good in my opinion as a fast delivery only the communication part I believe it could be more focus on informing customer about the process as for over 2 weeks there was no info what is happening only waiting for delivery. Needed to contact myself to find out roughly when I could expect the delivery. Received a text with the delivery time date and to confirm which was brilliant. Will defo recommend it to friends and family.”

“Firstly, I absolutely love my new sofa. I have a very large sitting ar3a and the sofa fits beautifully. Also, the colour, not the way that they described it, is pistachio.....and it is absolutely amazing with the way that I have decorated my feature wall.... The two gentlemen who delivered and installed the sofa were fantastic too. So professional, amenable and polite. What a lovely company to work with!!!!”

“Great service, sofa of a great quality but not exactly the shape as on the photo, I guess it’s just a drawback of buying furniture online, rather than seeing it. Fabric great quality, colour…not so sure, despite being sent a sample, again, looks different in real life. Sleep function brilliant, very comfortable and spacious, and with storage! Brilliant! But… overall I was hoping for it to look a little more upmarket. The price reflects it though, Loaf would cost triple. I would compare the quality to IKEA. Very sturdy, just not what I really wanted.”
