“Very good customer service throughout. Sent us samples and answered all pre purchase questions via online chat in the website. Easy purchase process and good aftercare. Sofa arrived within 6 weeks which is earlier than anticipated. Delivery men absolutely fantastic! Knew a lot about my product, very polite, even offered to unpack it for me. Highly recommend. Of course sofa itself is lovely too! Very good quality.”
