“Needed brakes looking at urgently Needed brakes looking at urgently. Called up and Mick said bring it in tomorrow and we will sort. Wife called in and they dropped her at work. Picked her up at home time and brakes were great”

“I am very with the staff at Mr Tyre, I have been to them numerous times now over different issues that I have had with the car, and I cannot fault them. There prices are very reasonable, they are approachable and helpful whenever I have visited them. Thankyou”

“Me and my mom popped here just on the off chance he could take my mom's wheel and tyre off as we had been told by a different tyre place the wheel needed welding at the valve. On explaining everything to Jack he suggested to just change the valve first and see if that worked.... He put the spare wheel on and told us to come back in a few days and he would check it for us. Went back and it had worked so he changed it back onto the car and the spare in the boot for no extra cost. Jack is such a credit to the company we will definitely be using Mr Tyre in future. Well done Mr Tyre you definitely have a new customer in me”

“Mr Tyre Walsall - Excellent service and fantastic staff. Had a problem with my brakes, before doing any work they talked me through what was wrong, what they were going to do and how much it would cost.Felt like I was kept informed throughout, which to me is the best sort of customer service. Can’t praise them enough and will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you 😊”

“So I took my car in for tyres and they asked me if I wanted them tracked? Err yeah please, that’s like do you want a boiler fitted and do you want it to work???? So it’s another £55 to get it tracked? I mean I’ve just spent £500 on four tyres and they don’t track it?”

Dear Anonymous, I am sorry to see that you have reviews us negatively for something that is never included in the tyre fitting charge, by any tyre centre. Whilst a wheel alignment check is often advised if there’s evidence of uneven tyre wear, is a separate product. If wheel alignment isn’t required there’s no charge whatsoever. In reference to your boiler analogy, it’s more accurate to think that if your tyres aren’t aligned correctly they won’t perform quite as well and they won’t last as long.
