“I can highly recommend the Kidderminster branch for excellent customer service provided by Dave and his two colleagues. Having searched online for the most competitive price for a new set of tyres (in Kidderminster) the all-in quote I received from Mr Tyre couldn't be beaten. Booking was easy online for my chosen date and time and the tyres fitted, balanced, etc within 45 minutes. A really friendly bunch, a nice area to wait in and Dave also makes a great cup of coffee!”

“Took my daughters Zafira to Mr Tyre Tamworth this morning for M.O.T and it failed for a broken rear Spring 😫, I turned to the manager Steve to ask if he could do anything today so I left it with him to replace the pair on the rear, had a call later to say it was done and had it's retest. Yet again brilliant service bye Steve and his team would highly recommend them. 😃”

“They really do care about the customer. The guy in charge is always able to help out and offer advice. I’ve been rescued by the branch on three occasions now and I’ll always go back for services and MOT. Some places just seem to try to blind you with science or are just plain patronising. No question is too stupid and explanations are clear and respectful. Thank you”

“Went into the Tunstall branch today as had a leaking rear tyre. Very welcoming and professional service. Quick to sort out a new tyre and showed me the issue with the old one. Checked all the other tyre pressures and advised on the other tyres. Overall great service, quick and decent prices! Would definitely use again and highly recommend.”

“Been using Tunstall, Stoke On Trent Branch for many years. Alan, Dave and the team always provide first class service. In again yesterday without appointment, problem needed sorting, it was quickly sorted. Not the cheapest, or the dearest, but good reliable workmanship every time. Thanks lads.”

“The staff are extremely helpful and professional, offering good advice without "over-selling". Whilst I was waiting, I observed several customer dealings and the staff went out of there way to help and do the right thing for them, nothing was too much trouble. I personally despise going to tyre and exhaust centres, but I have been to the Swadlincote branch twice now and the guys here, are like a breath of fresh air. Best service I have ever had. Well done Mr Tyre at Swadlincote !”

“Once again i feel i have to leave outstanding feedback for the staff at Mr Tyre Derby (Mansfield road branch). I having been using this branch for over ten years now and when i purchased my next car i took it to Dean who is always happy to serve and advise even when he and his team are busy. I didn`t have to wait long before he did the wheel alignment on my Mercedes C200 Coupe and as he always does advised me of a exhaust clamp that was faulty. I came back in a week as the steering was just a little to the right and Dean was happy to staighten this asap with the help of Mark Hobson who has dealt with many of my previous cars before. As i was waiting i noticed that this branch did Air-con re-gassing and i asked Dean if he could check mine which he did and informed me i had very little gas. So i had this service performed and Mark asked me to pop my head in my car and `WOW` it was like the Antartic, the air con was working fantastic. I would like Head Office to know what an outstanding team they have at this branch and i would recommend giving them all a very healthy `Pay Rise` as they most definitly deserve this and any awards for outstanding service. “Paul and the team at Boston are always so helpful and friendly to me, I've used them for the past year and in that time I've had 3 cars which I've taken to them to be fixed. Most recently I have had all 4 of my tyres changed and they were done reasonably quickly and to a good price! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Boston area looking for a reliable and knowledgeable garage.”
