“Ordered new tyres through " blackcircles". Decided to have them fitted by Mr.Tyre Ltd based on reviews and the fact that they can do 4 wheel alignment, (SUV) ! Unfortunately, wrong size tyres sent by "Blackcircles". Returned a week later, tyres fitted and balanced without a problem. Colin, who was attending to my car pointed out that at some time a front wheel nut had been overtightened and had damaged the stud, it is worth pointing out that they do not use airguns to tighten wheel nuts but torque wrenches. They also check your alloys beforehand for damage ! I had my backs swapped to the front and the news tyres on the back, all four perfectly balanced. I had also requested a four wheel alignment check, which was carried out and because no adjustment was required, l was not charged, something other establishments could learn from. The Peterborough branch has a modern light and airy workshop and a comfortable waiting area in the reception. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the service timely and efficient. I've had a good experience and l hope you will too!”

“I have been to Mr Tyres twice now in the course of the last 2 weeks ,I am new to the area and found the staff very friendly and welcoming! I have had 3 tyres repaired and will be returning to have my wheel alignment done after I have some new suspension parts fitted. Great value with a friendly service can't ask for more ,”

“After 2 visits to the Jaguar main dealer with my tyre losing pressure ( where they said they couldnt find a problem). Mr tyre managed to squeeze me in to their shedule and within minures found the problem. Great friendly and efficient staff”

“As a female who knows very little about my car it is great to be welcomed by friendly mechanics and shown respect and courtesy. I came for tyres and they were done while I waited. Staff were polite and helpful and prices competitive. I will be back!”

“Our VW van failed it’s MOT due to a broken spring. We had one at home so at 4pm on a Friday the mechanic said to go and pick up the spring and they would do the work that evening. It was finished by 5.30. The staff at Mr Tyre always have a positive “can do” attitude.”

“Spent weeks looking for an exhaust without success, yet the solution was so close, having booked an appointment I drove into the Castle Boulevard depot at 2.00pm for an estimate and drove out at 5.15pm with an new exhaust, that had been constructed on site, the team members were very helpful, and service excellent .”

“I ordered winter tyres and confirmation was emailed , and then another email a week later to say that was a delay with delivery , I didn’t hear anything so I called them and was told that they didn’t have the tyres in stock Total waste of time”

“Took my car to Mr tyre in Lincoln this morning to have new brake discs and pads fitted, the boys had my car up on the ramp and called me over to look,on inspection it was clear that they didn't need replacing so the guys cleaned them up and saved me a great deal of money. So thank you Chris and the team for the excellent customer service that you have been giving me on all my visits 😀 👍 😄”

“Originally email Andy for the booking and price all with efficient communication and took a call from me to confirm date, time etc. Arrived on the day and was met by the fitter Kevin who explained process, showed parts to choose and gave excellent advice. Collected my van after having back box removed and a free flow with tail pipe fitted. The look and sound of my new purchase made me feel i got value for money with exceptional service all round. Well done lads.”
