“Ordered 4 tyres on Thursday by phone. On site at 8-45am on Saturday as arranged. Call back in an hour he said, so I did, lo and behold 9-45am job done. Good price, friendly service, can't be faulted. Brilliant service as usual.”

“All the staff at Mr Tyre Northampton are a fabulous Team. My car has suffered DPF issues for over a year- in and out of numerous garages and I finally found Mr Tyre via Whocanfixmycar.com They called me immediately, and they worked tirelessly with my car to resolve the DPF problems. They were informative, kept me in the loop at all times and went the extra mile to test, and retest my car and their honesty, reasonable prices and customer care is what I'd been searching for in a garage for YEARS. I will never visit another garage again- Mr Tyre all the way. If you want honesty, decent prices at a smart clean garage, with a team that have a genuine care for vehicles and not pushy sales- look no further.! Thank You, Louisa”

“I have been using the Leicester branch for many years, including for relatives cars. Usually they are very good, but I sometimes have had cause to complain. Each time in the past (twice) they have acknowledged that the complaint is 'genuine' and they have promised to 'do me a deal' when I next visit. On the positive side they have always honoured that, including two or three months ago (after they had damaged the 'floor pan' of my car on both sides when jacking it up). Yesterday I wasn't happy after seeing the chap who did the work jump into my car (first to note the details and secondly to drive it to the reception), having earlier been sitting on the garage floor, which I assume he did regularly as his trousers were very dirty. On getting home I put my own trousers straight in the wash and then spent time cleaning the seat with upholstery cleaner. Admittedly the seats are mainly black, but I do try normally to keep my cars clean. I did not complain at the time (not having a good day anyway), but still annoyed hence the review. I may yet go again in the future, but I wish they would consistently take care of the cars. In future I may well take the wheel in as a 'spare' and will try to remember to put a seat cover on myself, but I shouldn't feel the need to have to do that. I guess I am a bit sceptical about whether any other tyre fitters would be in better! To be fair probably 90% of customers would not notice what I see because they sit in the reception blissfully unaware and probably don't check afterwards.”

“I was helped yesterday by a lovely man who sorted my tyre(s). Being a new driver, filling tyres with air and checking for punctures is all new to me, but I was worried I had a slow leak in my front tyre and noticed my car was not at its best and with children knew I needed to get it checked. I did not manage to get the mans name but I would like him to know his kindness and help was noticed and very much appreciated. Not only did he check the tyre which was concerning me but he also checked the others were good too, filled them up and explained how to do it. Thank you again You were a Star!!”

“After returning to Mr tyre Kidderminster for the last 3 years i am so impressed by the knowledge and thoroughness of the team there. Led by their leader Dave the prices are always good and the quality of service is outstanding. I will never change from Mr Tyre as its always a pleasure to have these guys work on my BMW. Good job guys well done 👍😎”

“I failed my MOT Friday and the garage who did it wouldn't explain the work I needed until an appointment could be made a week later. Mr.Tyre was recommended to me and they have been brilliant. Friday they changed my tyre straight away and even checked the emissions to explain what was wrong - free of charge! Today they investigated further, fixed my car and passed my MOT. Now I'm back on the road which is great as I work nights for the NHS so being able to drive home is safe. The boys in there are friendly , kind and helpful. A big thank you to Tom , Tomas and Tony. I will be coming here to have my car looked after from now on !”

“I had a flat tyre after work on a Thursday, booked an appointment online at the Peterborough branch for Friday morning, and was back on the road before 9am! Quicker turn around than I could have expected, helpful and friendly staff, and very good prices. Will definitely be using them again in the future!”

“Just wanted to say thank you for the excellent customer service we have received what at Mr. Tyre Cannock! We have been using them for our MOT’s since we moved to the area a few years ago. They always do a great job and are fairly priced and we have always been very happy with the service we have received but today my daughter had an issue with her windscreen wipers and was really upset as they had stopped working during torrential rain. The engineers took apart her blades to find out what the problem was, told her what she needed to order and didn’t charge her a penny. Just wanted to say a big thank you ☺️”

“Needed 4 new tyres for my corsa vxr went to mr tyre who went through the options and prices with me before deciding which would be the best one for me soon as we agreed on make and price they were straight on it while I waited in the comfortable waiting area only paid £256 for the four all in great service good prices would highly recommend thanks lads”

“Went to Mr. Tyre, Worcester to have tyres and brakes checked. Greeted by Jody and Hallit who were both working hard on a busy Saturday morning. While brakes were being checked Jody spotted that an engine mounting bolt was loose which he tightened up at no charge. Great service and friendly approach to customers. Well done!!”
