“Brilliant 🤩 Booked online at 8:30am ordered my tyres for my car , got booked in for 12 ! Arrived and straight in , went for a wander … job done ! Lovely guys didn’t make me feel small like some guys at garages do. Did my tracking as it was way out and they proved by giving me the report so I know they weren’t trying to pull a fast one ! Happy customer - thank you 🙏🏻”

“Despite me ordering the wrong tyres a couple of days ago, Callum was pleasant and efficient, sourcing replacement tyres quickly - they were fitted to my car within 24 hours. I cannot speak highly enough of the agreeable manner and professionalism of both Callum and Dan at Mr. Tyre, Coventry.”

“First time using Mr Tyre Ltd in Longton and it won't be the last. Had a slow puncture and needed it sorting quickly due to have a long journey the following day. Andy (the manager) politely asked me to pop back later in the day once all the pre-booked jobs had been completed which was completely understandable as they were really busy. As soon as I returned the lads sorted me out within 10 mins and even apologised for not being able to fit me in earlier in the day! Great service, polite and helpful team of lads with a great customer focussed manager. Good job and many thanks.”

“Used local garages out of loyalty over the years, but decided to try here as its close to home. Excellent bunch of lads, first class service from them all, Andy always polite and friendly on the phone, doing his upmost to fit me in around my shifts, Jordan always friendly and informative on the work im having done and why, as a female driver, going to a garage can be a daunting experience, but not here, they go above and beyond to make you comfortable and excellent repairs and tyres to the car at a great price. Will highly recommend.”

“Darren at Walsall branch did me a wheel alignment today. Very pleasant to deal with, helpful, professional, able to do it straight away. 90% of the time was setting up the free check, then he said how much it was out, and did I want him to adjust it or not. Thanks guys”
