“I went to see them this morning in Newcastle-Under-Lyme after finding a screw in my tyre and it losing pressure expecting to buy a replacement, Paul the technician told me that I didn't need to as he could repair it because of where the screw was, it saved me over £140, I would like to thank Paul for his honesty and I will definitely take my car for any new tyres in the future, great service!! Thanks Lee Harper”

“Visited the branch in Boston to get a powerflow exhaust system fitted. It was a really nice experience, was shown the tailpipe options but ended up going for one that was recommended by one of the staff members who said it would go really well with my vehicle and ot really does. Was also able to have a look whilst they were doing the work and was able to get a few photos which was a nice touch as it is a fair amount of money so was great to be so involved. Overall really happy and thoroughly enjoyed the drive home”

“At short notice they sorted my MOT at Stafford branch. Really friendly and helpful. They kept me informed, very reasonably priced and super efficient. I wont be going anywhere else but here in the future. Cant thank them enough.”

“Great all round service experienced at the Redditch branch. After having a temporary repair carried out on my tyre, I was keen to get a new tyre on as soon as possible. I went to the branch and they we’re able to get my car sorted straight away, and although they don’t stock the exact tyre I had, they offered a like for like alternative which I’m happy with. Thanks for all your help and for getting my tyre sorted so efficiently!”

“The Leicester branch at aylestone road they couldn't do enough to help me the back box on my astra exhaust fell off after making a couple of phone calls i was told it was a manufacture surply only but they said they can repair it which was done even though they where about to close at 1730 well done all involved im one very happy customer and your service was fantastic 10/10”

“Mr tyre in Newcastle-under-Lyme, booked my Jag in for mot which failed. Estimated £500+. Managed to repair for £138 saved me a small fortune. Been coming here for tyres and brakes for a while. My car is coming here for everything.”

“Visited Mr Tyre, Tamworth, this morning and was very pleased with their service, once again. As always, it was very friendly, prompt and efficient. Steve and his staff carried out my wife's MOT (well, on her car, not her...) and sorted a slow leak on one of my own car's tyres. Have used them for many years and will continue to do so.”

“Rang for advice on a Saturday about my flat battery and its condition. Richard was so helpful on the phone especially as I am an old, lady driver. Suggested I brought it in to be checked. They were very busy but checked it thoroughly before telling me I needed a new one. They were extremely busy but dealt with me promptly and even checked if my tyres were ok. I noted how organised and helpful they were with everyone. This was the Worksop branch. I will definitely be going back when I need tyres”

“This review is for the team at the Worksop Branch. I had the unfortunate experience of a 1 month old tyre going flat today. I live in Sheffield but was working in the Worksop area. I found Mr Tyre on Google and have to say what a fantastic service Simon and his team gave me. They really went "above and beyond" :). On inspection, it turned out that the alloy itself was cracked. Simon drove me to another local business who repaired it for me cheaply, then back to the Worksop premises to fit a new tyre reasonably- all in the space of a couple of hours! I can now get to work tomorrow and I can't thank you enough!! Highly recommended. Best wishes, Janey :)”

“I had two Avon tyres fitted at LOUTH branch also paid £30 for tracking adjustment only to find steering wheel out of alignment took the car back readjusted the tracking steering wheel still out of alignment is the tracking set properly I dont know it is sugested on MOKK A FORUM the staff dont know what they are doing!”

Dear Edward, This is a little unfair to state that our staff don't know what they're doing as there are many factors that affect steering wheel position. We care about all of our customers and would like to resolve this. We tried to contact you within 2 hours of receiving your email, however the email address on the form you completed doesn't work. The only telephone number you provided us with is a land line with call guard on it. We left our contact details but didn't receive a call back. We would like to discuss your experience further as your steering wheel shouldn't be out of line. “In the last month I have had two punctures and a flat battery, so I have become a regular at Mr Tyre in Daventry. They always seem to have what is required in stock and rhe staff here are helpful polite and certainly go the extra mile to help there customers. I can’t reccomend them enough.”

“Two tyres fitted today and Lichfield staff were more than helpful with checking, advise etc. No hard selling on expensive tyres like other places I’ve been to. I was given a choice of tyres with their pros and cons, prices including vat so no nasty surprises! and didn’t feel pressured either way. Went shopping while they were fitted and all done on return. Good honest service centre. Will be returning for my service and MOT and Thankyou.”

“Customer service is fab from booking the appointment to going in and speaking with them. I spoke with 2 team members at Lichfield and they couldn’t be more helpful if they tried. I needed a new tyre and wheel alignment and this was done very quickly and efficiently.”

“I phoned Mr. Tyre (Lichfield) to make an appointment to have 2 front tyres fitted, late on a Saturday afternoon. Jack said if I could bring the car in within the next 30minutes it could be done there and then. A great job was done, very promptly. I couldn’t recommend Jack, the manager at Mr. Tyre, more highly. He is very professional, approachable and knowledgable. I feel confident and happy at taking my car in for any kind of work required and am always satisfied with the result.......at a competitive price too. Thankyou also to Tom who fitted the tyres and checked the tracking. See you next time guys! ,”
