“Extremely good value for money. Very friendly and very professional - what a pleasant change from many companies today! Workshop appeared very clean and tidy and so did the staff.
A greeting with a smile and 'Hello, Terence' was a good start. Gentleman and young lady who arranged my MOT were perfect. Car passed (which, of course, is always a relief) and young lady made a point of telling me there were no recommendations for any problems likely to arise soon.
So, all-in-all, I would recommend this branch (Bedminster, Bristol) of Mr Clutch without hesitation.”
“My second year for MOT with Mr.Clutch. Still the cheapest. It was easy and simple to choose a date, time slot and book an appointment and pay online. I got there ten minutes before my time and straight away they took my car for inspection while I watched them on cctv in the waiting area. I would highly recommend Mr.Clutch.”

I am a little sceptical about some garages, when you get a price for MOT they will find a few extras to bump the price up. In this case, MOT done and MOT cost paid. I was waiting outside for two hours then a subcontractor told me that this is shut down permanently and I should call to Mr. Clutch on their helpline . Then no one answered my cal . Then I visited to Luton west branch n spoke with receptionist he dealt with me .”
“I went in to get an MOT test for my car.
The process was slow and the person that carried out the test was not helpful.
The car failed on two minor points:
1. Headlight beams were a little high.
2. The car had a small dent on the near side front wing and bumper.
The mechanic could have been helpful by offering to adjust the headlights and suggested a quick-fix solution to the bumper, such as taping over the dent, especially as I had informed him that the dent was mas made prior to the previous 2 or 3 tests. No advisories were issued in the past.”
