“My car was booked in (online) for Monday 26th August 2013, but on arrival I found the premises deserted. Clearly the computer doesn't allow for bank holidays !
The following day I presented myself to a puzzled staff member, who was nonetheless very helpful, and re-booked my car for the following Friday. The work was duly carried out to my complete satisfaction, and I shall certainly be back.”
