“Update...Head office contacted me after this double booking and offered me a free air con service or money off the work to compensate as a well as a lifestyle band. Pleased with the response after this initial error. Service and MOT was fine and staff were friendly in branch. Prices very reasonable too. Will come back again.
Booked on line but the centre was fully booked on the day my service and MOT was arranged, which was Wednesday. Some fault between head office computers systems I believe. Branch manager did the best he could and offered me a slot on Friday, however. Very inconvenient!”

I then took my car to another garage and the car was fine after tests on the same section of the MOT, with no work required.
Customer service was terrible and staff were borderline rude. The tech who did the MOT was helpful, but ultimately wrong.”
