“Over all I am very pleased with my experiences with Mr Clutch.
One thing that could have been better is that a point picked up during the service could have been resolved at the time if they had phoned me,as they said they would. Apparently there is excessive water in the brake/clutch fluid (the Ford Transit Connect uses the same reservoir for both.) If I had been informed I would have asked them to change it, as it was I didn't find out until I turned up to see if the vehicle was ready, so I didn't have time for them to do it. I will have to do it myself some time soon.”
