“My experience with Mr Clutch has been fantastic and I did actually follow through with the quote and have my car repaired.
My car was dropped in early on Saturday morning, I was expecting to have to wait several days for a new clutch to be fitted as per other busy mechanics, however Mr Clutch, Basingstoke, were able to fit it on the same day allowing me to drive it back later.
The price was competitive and the package included a 2 year guarantee on the clutch provided it be seen at specified miles by Mr Clutch (which I was pleased to hear was a freely provided service and can be carried out 'whilst you wait').
I hadn't booked in before hand as I hadn't had confirmed that my clutch was the problem although I was fairly certain. I had been in contact by phone with Mr Clutch and informed that I would be dropping the car off on the Saturday. This added to my surprise when they were not only able to check my car but replace the clutch same day too!
