I came with a logistical problem about what work needed or should be done before selling an old car. Ian, the manager, was very accommodating at took time to understand my predicament before coming up with a plan and advice and managed to provide me with what I needed straight away. "Not a problem" seems to be his mantra.
In the end he recommended that it was probably NOT worth the work - makes a change from garages trying to invent work to be done to earn business!”
