A previous mechanic had diagnosed our car with a particular fault so we arranged to have this fixed at Mr Clutch at the same time as the service. They gave us a second opinion and discovered that the previous diagnostic was incorrect, that the fault was much simpler and fixed it for no additional cost. Highly recommended, thank you!”
“Don't really have any money spare this month so had to just have a quick/cheal bronze service, and this was the cheapest place. I'm sure I will be back when I have more money to have a more intensive service. Took my car in and they called me a couple of hours later to say it was done. Sorted. He forgot to turn my service light off but no harm done. Just went in and told them and he done it straight away :)”

“Gold service & MOT. Head light bulbs sorted. Screen washer new pump, new tyre all sort of expected. Went to use screen washer 2 days later nothing. Checked under bonnet washer reservoir empty and the dust cap/cover missing.”
“High Wycombe branch; I've had about 8 MOT's carried out here over the last 4 years. At £29 you always worry that they will "find" extra work for themselves to con you. NOT the case with team in Wycombe. Honest and welcoming, same faces, great customer service. Once I had to get some additional work done, went to my own mechanics, got it fixed and bought it back. They were happy to retest and check at no additional charge. Can't really fault them.”

I turned up and asked to see the old parts after the job was done .. 2 hours later I saw the old parts and my car now running like it should .. 10/10 safe good value and quick .”

“I went to Kwik fit in the morning where I was told someone would review my vehicle and book me in later for the exhaust to be fitted. Got there and they denied all knowledge of this and expected me to wait 2 hours just to look under the vehcile to see that the exhaust needed replacing. So I went to Mr Clutch Kingston where Ian and his team reviewed the problem in under a minute. Ordered the parts and asked me to return at 3pm that day. I got there at 2:50 by 3pm the vehicle was on the ramp by 3:30 I had paid and was driving away. Great service all round.”
“Took my Land Rover in on Monday as I had discovered a leak. Ian got back to me within 3 hours to tell me the problem. Part had to come from Land Rover so was given 3 days to repair. Part came in early so had car back on Wednesday.

I wrote a review previously about the poor diagnosis of my vehicle! upon taking this furthur and the problem still no being resolved they have now told me to just take the car back to mr clutch for the 7th time in two days for them to remove the drive shaft and give me a refund? to me this make no sense as its costing you more time taking it out then the part actually cost you! I am taking this furthur as this is pathetic! Avoid using mr clutch at all costs!! if your not happy with the work they have done they will take the part back!! this company is useless! Use e.s.p servicing! they are fantastic”
“I choose Mr Clutch for my MOT due to the current offer of £26 and when it failed was happy for them to complete the work. When I had the invoice I saw that the gaitor that needed replacing cost £6.95 and the labour cost for this was £75. I understand that some parts are more complex to fit but I was still shocked at the cost. I decided to call another garage for comparison and was told it would cost £60 fitted. So approximately 25% extra. When I contacted them through their website they explained that labour costs approx £74.95 per hour. Will not be so easily led next time with cheap MOT cost.”

“Have a Gold Plus service, and I thought the pollen filter should be replaced since this item is checked for Gold Plus serivce only. But actually not, and when I asked if it should be replaced, the reception was not sure and called to somebody else to check and then told me it is not included, need extra 24 pounds to have the pollen filter...
And in the service report, the service type was filled as 'Gold' instead of 'Gold plus'...”
