“Whilst driving back from work I had smoke coming up around the car (bit concerning as I was on the motorway). When I got home i could see there was oil all over the road as well as in and around the engine. In the morning I got it recovered to my local Mr Clutch, and even without a prior appointment, they were able to inspect and fix my car that day. The online system is brilliant. It was easy to use and was useful to look at different days and see what times are available to fit around myself.
When I dropped the car of the Receptionist was helpful and polite and told me how long the MOT for my car would take and then when I picked it up, again, he was polite and happy.
