“I booked an MOT with the Southort branch but a web scheduling error meant that the appointment had to be changed. Both the branch and the head office worked hard to inform me (I was away so difficult to contact). At the end of this an alternate appointment was made and all was well. The branch were excellent and friendly with no issues and a quality service. All first class and would recommend the Southport branch.”
“There is no reason why I wouldn't return to Mr Clutch. Only downside as a BMW driver is that they will now charge me for turning off the 'MOT Due' warning !!. However, the saving provided by Mr Clutch for the MOT should compensate for the cost to be incurred.”
“Review for Slough branch on Buckingham Av. Very good customer service on phone and in person at garage. Oil service took 30-40 mins + 10 mins waiting time. Fixed price and no additional costs. Was able to pay online with ease beforehand, although confirmation email took 3-4 days to be sent. One improvement would be ability to book time slot (online or by phone), hence not 5 stars. Overall, would recommend to anyone.”

“I needed to book the car for an MOT this week - so I had a look on-line and came across Mr Clutch. I'd used them before to replace the Cam Belt and was delighted with their service then, so thought I try them out with the MOT. I put in my post code, confirmed the local Mr Clutch was where I had been before, then found I could book an available day and time slot to suit me - in fact, I could have had the next day, but decided I'd go after the weekend. That was great customer service! Then I found I could pre-pay on-line if I wished - and the price was half what my normal garage was charging! I used this facility as it was easy and secure. Things were getting even better! On the day, I dropped the car off about 15 minutes before the due time, was greeted by a very courteous mechanic who confirmed my booking, took the car keys, and directed me to the nearest coffee shop. I wandered back after 45 minutes and was informed the car had passed the MOT. I was given the certificate and invoice for my records, handed the keys, and bid a safe journey.
All in all, this was the most pleasant MOT experience I had ever known, and all because Mr Clutch had made the on-line arrangements so simple, secure and economic, and dealing with very friendly, courteous people on the day. Absolutely fantastic service that I thoroughly recommend.”
