If there is a problem he explains it clearly and gives you the options. I've never been pressured to have it fixed there although I nearly always do as their quotes are competitive.”

Staff were great ,the boss man didn't get his name but we will call him SIlver fox,silver fox was very polite ,spoke to us every time he came to front desk,on this particular day they were very busy and silver fox was answering the phone every 5 mins ,his telephone manner was exemplary ,pleasant and polite even remembering customers from their voices,using customers manes when he spoke to them ,this really impressed us.
Quick but thorough MOT test ,overall really happy with Mr Clutch so we will be returning with our second car later on in year
