1) How can a £115 Silver service not include an air filter! Yes the list is available that shows this, I am aware.
2) Dave the receptionist was slightly miffed that I opened the front door at 08:28 to drop my car off. I asked if I could sit in the waiting room and he hesitantly agreed. Dave doesn't like his job much I feel.”

“Very impressed by the staff at your Kingston branch. following a disastrous attempt to get my car MOT'd at different local centre I arrived without an appointment at this branch. Was told by Ian on reception that he could accommodate me but as the tester had just started lunch I would have to wait 1 hour. This seemed reasonable and I agreed.
Without me knowing Ian had approached the tester explained that I was waiting and whether he would mind interrupting his lunch to do my MOT. I had hardly settled in when my Hyundai was on the ramp and being tested by Mr S.R.S . (his initials, didn't want to include his surname)
So full marks to these chaps for a great commitment to the customer and going the extra mile.
After the lack of professionalism from my previous appointment, with a major high street firm I was pretty hacked off. These chaps turned my day around and I will be returning next year.
So many thanks to Ian for his friendly and helpful manner and thanks to SRS for willingly interrupting his lunch.

“My van was booked for an Mot at a bargain £19 The test started on time.
It failed on a cut tyre and a ball joint.
I needed to get the van back on the road and they juggled around to get some ramp space for it.
They didn't have my trye but readily agreed to put the spare on for me.
They found that the spare had a separate locking device and I didn't have the key.
They left it on the ramp whilst I went and got a new tyre on the wheel which was pretty good of them.
Wheel went on after the ball joint had been replaced.
A quick retest and I was back on the road by 3pm.
Even though I gave them problems they resolved them and made a special effort to make it work.
Another day off the road would have cost me money and they understood that.
Pretty good all round.

“I needed an MOT and so went online to book and pay, and got a slot for the next morning at a great price. When I got there the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful, the test was completed in around 45 minutes, and although the car passed there were some 'advisory's' which were explained to me. The whole experience was very positive, I would certainly recommend Mr Clutch.”
