They have never overcharged (one time when my clutch went the AA said it should only take a garage half an hour to replace - Thats exactly how long it took them. No added tiem or extras. Nice.)
They always have a lot of work on, so they're not looking to find (or worse, like some companies, make up) work on your vehicle,
