“I was disappointed to fail my mot I'd visited a tyre centre & advised needed new front tyre so I replaced then had my mot and told it had failed? I then was asked for payment. I had already paid on line?”

“The centre didn't update me as they were doing the MOT - I had to ring them on the hour pretty much to find out whether it was fixed, what the repairs were, how much it would cost, etc - very slow service although polite. I also felt that the price quoted for the items which needed fixing for my MOT was excessive - just because I am a young female doesn't mean I am an idiot.”
