“I went to Mr Clutch for my MOT, which failed for 1 item requiring serious repair. Since I was on a tight deadline to get my MOT passed before my upcoming travel and they could not do the repair because they were fully booked for a week, the office manager was very understanding and was able to reschedule my re-test the next day after the repairs were completed. What a kind and customer oriented person she is. Thank you for your professionalism and the extra effort that is not common to experience these day!”

“I made an online booking at Mr Clutch (Reading) for an "Aircon Recharge and Clean" service. At the time I was surprised that I was only able to book a date and not a time slot. I called the branch straight after booking and agreed an appointment time the following day. I asked how long the process would take and was advised up to an hour.
I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early and left them to it. I returned around an hour later expecting to happily wait out the last part of the service in the waiting room. However on my approach to the branch I noticed my car hadn't even moved. The staff at the the service desk told me they were having problems with the machine and they had moved the car back out into the car park, which I find hard to believe as it was found exactly as left.
They eventually got the car back onto the machine and performed the service. I was left waiting in the waiting room and was offered no more than a brief explanation and apology. The service was successfully completed and I finally got my car back two and a half hours after my appointment time. The member of staff at the service desk did apologise once more before I left but I felt it too little, too late.
The reason for three stars however is that I paid only £32.95 with a voucher code for a service that usually costs £64.95 and was happy with the newly chilled aircon in my car. Not so sure I would use again, but despite the time taken it offered good value for money.”
“I have taken my car to mr clutch for the last 2 to 3 years for a mot and each time the car goes in on time and they let me know how long it's going to take and all the staff are friendly and the price of the mot is really good to.”
“I was promptly checked in for the aircon offer and told it would be 1
1.5 hours. When I returned it was ready apart from waiting 5mins for the antibacterial spray smell to ease a bit.
Unfortunately at my next call at a local tyre outlet the fitter found two caps left on the bonnet so I had to return to Mr Clutch to get then put on properly”
