“I had a new clutch fitted at Mr Clutch Kingston. The service i received was of a high standard. I dealt with Ian and he was very professional and helpful through out.”
“I had my car booked in at Southend on sea Southchurch road for a new clutch timing belt and water pump on Saturday the manager Ant and staff was very courteous gave a price for the work and said they would try and have the car ready for collection that day.
Ant phoned later that day and advised that the total time to do the jobs was 10 hours and it would not be ready until Monday.
Over the weekend my wife's car started running rough and on the Monday I had to call the AA out.
The AA said the fan belt tensioner needed replacing & the coil pack the AA followed me to Mr Clutch and I swopped cars leaving my wife's car at Mr Clutch Within an hours I was called by Ant advising they had put it on there diagnosis machine and gave a price for the work.
Within an hour my wife's car was fixed and ready for collection.
I used to go to Halfords but they changed Manager and I just did not like his attitude. plus they price match and got the hump when I proving Mr Clutch was cheaper. I cant strongly recommend Mr Clutch enough Keep up the great service.
Will be using them for everything on my cars from now on.

“I have decided to change my review after looking at some paperwork provided by Mr Clutch. I am surprised that nobody at the branch told me the results of the service which include one the tyres being punctured and the battery needed replacing, the exhaust system was severely corroded.
I'd like to warn clients to look at the paperwork before you leave because it may be the only chance you get to have an explanation. I am amazed the car passed the MOT with a puncture!!!!”

“I took my car in the night prior to the Service, my car was kept for the whole day and I finally picked it up at 5.30 pm. I was not contacted at all to say the car would not even been looked at until late afternoon, I was unaware until I called at 2.30 pm to be told it still has not been serviced. Had I known I would have not have taken it in until early afternoon. Also when my husband called the receptionist was very rude!
I was not happy about the oil extra expense or the spark plugs which I had no idea were platinum.
I will not be returning to Mr Clutch.”
