“I have to say that I am two minded about Mr clutch
I have had my car serviced with them and asked a technician at the front desk to tell me a brand of oil they use and couldn't get a straight answer! Needed to know that to get a oil for top up. Unfortunately I have a feeling that they use something really cheap and did not want to reveal that. The service tried to convince me that oil brand isn't important but I have my opinion about it and rather not spare money on it as cheap product doesn't always give good quality but engine is most important thing in the car and oil in it should be a good quality”

“After getting a quote at two local garages for front suspension coils and rear brake renewal I visited your Basingstoke depot
Elliot gave the suspension a visual inspection and informed me that it seemed nearside coil saw actually broken and tat it would need to be replaced.
As it was late afternoon I offered to bring it back in the morning.
What had not not been impressed on me before was the danger of driving the vehicle in this condition which Elliot and fitter Dan did,so I left vehicle there overnight.
Elliot called me the following morning gave me the price of work required which was substantially less than previously quoted by previous garages.
The vehicle was ready by early afternoon .
Elliot and Dan were both very helpful and considerate
I must mention the vehicle is a Renault Modus which I know is not the easiest thing to work on so once again many thanks

“MOT excellent value at only £19 - unfortunately car failed and prices for repairs were high. New headlight quoted £150 OEM available at £50, exhaust parts twice other sites and finally suspension arms quoted at £37.50 each available for £27 the pair. Its a shame as their levels of service are very good and they are let down by inflated prices for parts.”
