The staff are always friendly, they use seat and floor covers to prevent accidental marks and above all the price is good and the service is good, I don't go anywhere else. As a female I could share some real horror stories of motoring repair shops but that is not the case with Mr Clutch in Norwich.”

“Very abrupt at reception. Could have have been more helpful with spending 5 minutes to replace a bulb and passing car through mot. But instead told very directly "car has failed. You will have to get the bulb replaced somewhere else, as we are too busy, then bring the car back tomorrow before we close". It left me without a car to get to work. I wasn't very happy about that.”
