“I received a good quotation for the work needed to be done, was given a time to bring the car in for the work, and everything was conducted with full professional advice, from the MOT tester to the gentleman at reception, who though very busy still found the time to be informative and courteous. He even retained the shopping I had omitted to take with me when I left and kept it safe for me on my return.

“The service and MOT were carried out brilliantly. Only issue was on dropping the car off I was told it should be done by 2 and they would call me. At 4 I had to call to ask if my car was ready for collection and was told yes...why did they not call me when it was done?-It meant I had to get public transport to and from work costing me £12 and I had to leave the car overnight at Mr Clutch. If it was ready at 2 I could have got there to collect it.
Also when picking it up I was informed I owed more money due to the oil type used. i had not taken money though as I paid online. Would have been fine had i been told I owed this over the phone. Luckily following a quick "debate" I was told as a one off they would waiver this cost.”
