“I went to the Watford MR Clutch and was very pleased with the Bronze (w/fully synthetic oil) service and price (£91). It is first come first served so I got there for 8.30 and the work was completed by 10.30. The mechanic made various checks and reported that there was slight play in the rear roll bars which I knew about, otherwise everything else was in order. The Mr Clutch at Watford does not replace timing belts so I am going to the one in Hayes in a weeks time and I will report back on my findings then. I would certainly recommend MR Clutch Watford and the clear pricing structure and online payment facility is also to be highly recommended.”

“Recently had a new clutch fitted at the Kingston branch. It was the cheapest quote and the service was excellent! Although running an older car they were able to install a new clutch and had me up and running again! On a seperate occasion a few weeks after the new clutch was fitted I had a problem with some bad vibration from the engine (nothing to do with the clutch). As I was nearby the Kingston branch I called in on off chanch to see if they could help. Although unannounced and it was 5.20pm on a Friday afternoon, they sorted it out! “Not happy at all, got a full Gold Plus service from hayes Mr.Clutch for my car but not satisfy at all. its look like car did not have any service. i said to them use recommended oil but i think they use any cheap oil, after some days it become so black like never changed. and car millage decrease after service as well, disappointed.
**UPDATE**
Now spoken to Mr Clutch head office and they have kindly refunded me for the Oil and I am now happy to return in the future.
