“I am very happy with the services provided by Mr Clutch and especially the Crayford branch. Today my tyre broke as I was going to work, and I just went to change my tyre to one of the street garages. The guy did not find the special key for my Vectra ( for the tyres) and told me to go to where I service my car.
The branch manager assured me that his workers must have put it inside my car when it was serviced a week ago. Then He suggested, that one of the workers will actually take me with his car to where my car was- aprrox 4 miles to check one of their special tools.
It turned out, that what we were looking for was inside my car, but the guys from the street garage- tyre shop were not able to find it.
Then the mechanic from Mr Clutch said he would change the tyre and he did- what an outstanding service!!!
As I have not got a breakdown cover- I would have paid -RAC or AA to come and fix it, but hey- the mechanic did not charge me a penny- as he said that I am a privilege customer.
They really went the extra mile today and I am very thankful for their approachability, consideration and willingness to assist their customers.

“The car was received in promptly and passed its MOT so obviously no chance for any friction. The waiting area was tatty and not overly clean and did not look cared for. Staff did not ring to say the car was ready very promptly which didn't matter to me as I was busy elsewhere but could matter if you were waiting for your vehicle.”

“When I found Mr Clutch, I was surprised to see that their service costs were approximately £30 cheaper than most of the rival businesses in Slough. With this in mind I expected customer service to perhaps be of a lower standard than I would expect.
The gentleman I spoke with when booking was great although I didn't catch his name. Upon arrival I was greeted politely and advised that I would receive a call when the car was ready.
I duly received the call later in the day and when I arrived, despite there being a queue, I was attended to and received an apology for the fact I would need to wait a few minutes. Once ready, I was passed my paperwork and addressed by my first name at all times - a nice touch which makes the process a bit more informal and friendly. The gentleman talked me through the results and then passed across the papers followed by a handshake.
All in all, a fantastic company to deal with and I particularly valued their emphasis on customer service - this is something which is treated as an add-on in most businesses now.
