“Update...Head office contacted me after this double booking and offered me a free air con service or money off the work to compensate as a well as a lifestyle band. Pleased with the response after this initial error. Service and MOT was fine and staff were friendly in branch. Prices very reasonable too. Will come back again.
Booked on line but the centre was fully booked on the day my service and MOT was arranged, which was Wednesday. Some fault between head office computers systems I believe. Branch manager did the best he could and offered me a slot on Friday, however. Very inconvenient!”

Only thing that prevented me giving 5* was the fact that I booked in for an MOT in one branch, but when I got there they said it was a mistake and I had to get a different appointment at a different branch. While it is good that you charge per tenth of an hour for labour, I think 0.9 hours to replace the exhaust tail pipe and centre section is heavy for that routine job. I reckon it is comfortably do-able in half an hour.
I wonder how many jobs are routinely charged at 0.9 of an hour.

However, initially my car failed the MOT and extra work had to be carried out. The work was completed satisfactorily but the job took all day, during which time it would have been nice to be kept up to date with progress.”
