Only thing that prevented me giving 5* was the fact that I booked in for an MOT in one branch, but when I got there they said it was a mistake and I had to get a different appointment at a different branch. They were extremely nice about it, and it was obviously just a computer error!”

My vehicle failed with a couple of small items, but these were clearly explained to me and I'll get a free retest if arranged within 10 days, so all in all, an excellent service, which I would recommend.”
