“I don't very often write reviews, but I've just received exceptional service from the guys at Mr Clutch Mile Cross, Norwich, and I feel that people should know. I'm not going to lie, I stopped using these guys quite some time ago as I never seemed to get the service I expected from a garage. Things have changed. It must be under new management, as things are now at the other end of the spectrum. We were forced to pull in to the workshop due to gearbox issues, and to be honest I didn't expect much as it was near to closing time. The guys looked over the car straight away, found the problem within minutes, and fixed it before I could even buy a coffee there! One of the chaps gave my two kids a little toy car each to play with to keep them entertained whilst we waited. My wife headed in originally to make the enquiry, and she has said that she was greeted and spoken to politely, and at no point did she feel uncomfortable in there. She tells me that she would have no issues going back again alone, which is good news for me, as the car work was always considered a blue job! He stayed late at the centre so I was able to pick my car up after the centre had closed, he was friendly & explained everything that had been done to my car, he also explained exactly how the clutch warranty works so no confusion on my part! Very pleased & would definitely recommend them to anyone.”
