“Excellent service from the Enfield branch!!
Took my girlfriend's car in which had been botched by another garage, the backbox was hanging off and making a loud/deep rattling noise. Being the average Joe when it comes to cars, I was scared I was going to be 'taken for a ride' again (no pun intended). I rolled in at 5.30pm which was closing time for Mr. Clutch but a really nice fella named Fodi said he'd put it on the ramps and take a look at it for me, he couldn't believe his eyes when he saw the state of the exhaust pipe/backbox and told me it was GLUED back on by the other garage which I was very surprised about. He was upset that I had been taken advantage of and assured me he would do a proper job to get it fixed.
Less than 24hrs later the car was done, I dropped the car off in the morning and they managed fit me in during the day and the car was as good as new! Fodi showed my girlfriend and I pictures of before the job and after, and also gave us the broken piece of exhaust to take to the other garage to get our money back.
Both myself and my girlfriend are blown away by the service Fodi & Mr. Clutch gave us, it's very easy to get ripped off and taken advantage of in the motoring industry when you really have no clue what you're doing but Mr. Clutch are honest, professional & trustworthy!”

“I book my MOT and service today 24.01.15, when I came to the shop, I was then told that they cannot do my MOT because its fully booked. the only available date is next week, I found myself in difficult situation and had to leave my car for monday to have my MOT and service. I just found the experience very bad and wouldn't recommend mr clutch to any of my friends. You expect a booking system that works, so far the only thing this company has shown to be good is the taking payment which was so quick. Very unimpressed.”
