“I booked my car in to have my air con. cleaned and regassed. Unfortunately the machine broke down that day. However, they called me when the machine was working again (the next day) and arrange a new appointment. My air con. was cleaned and regassed and gets so cold I don't need it on for long :-)

“Friendly staff, quickly took the car in. However I booked the car in online for an MOT and silver service, but was not given a time slot or estimated time of finishing. I phoned the branch and was told to drop the car off at 9am and that they would hofully get to it first. I had to then wait around In the area until they phoned. This turned out to be 5 hours later to the be charged an additional amount for a light bulb which surely should be included in a silver service. This operation should be better and a singular replace my bulb should be in a service which checks your lights anyway.”
