“Would not recommend the Crawley branch, due to their poor customer service. First of all they said it would take an hour to refill air-conditioning, so came back after an hour and then waited another hour. No explanation and no apology equals customer loss.
To give perspective, last time I had the air-conditioning refilled, it took 20 minutes, not two hours.”
