“I received a very polite and friendly welcome and my A/C service was completed in exactly the time initially quoted.
When the machine had to be recalibrated, I was informed in case it lengthened my wait. It didn't.
Comfy chairs, magazines and a hot drink machine were there for customers who chose to wait, which I did.
While I was there, the member of staff on the desk even went so far as to try and help an elderly MOT customer to renew her car tax on his phone - that's real service!

“Very efficient service and seems like they have done good job. One grouse: charging for 50p for coffee seems a bit un-neccessary. Most places like this provide complimentary coffee. Added to which, as I had no cash, I had to go without”
“The service was correct but the booking system does not handle concurrency properly. It allowed me to book a slot then next morning a call that the slot had already booked by another customer. So the booking system should handle race conditions properly.”
